Ever wanted a few months to reflect, grow and immerse yourself in ideas? To crystalize visions about who you are and how you show up in the world?

Wayfinders is a fully-funded, 4-month residency for adults aged 21-29 seeking to create positive change in their communities.

Participants engage in a curriculum developed by esteemed educators and innovation leaders across the United States, emphasizing connection, civic life and leadership.

Learning modules include:
—Decision making and conflict resolution—Group facilitation—Worldview literacy
—Professional networking
—Building resilience

Faculty and instructors include: M. Rako Fabionar, Donna Morton, Andrew Nalani, Jordan Luftig, Gayle Karen Young, Zanette Johnson, Heather Johnson, Carmen De Jesus, Robert Karimi, Sean Esbjorn-Hargens, Mari Shibuya and others. 

ILALI will cover the cost of teaching, accommodation and food for the duration of the residency. Monthly cost of living stipends may also be available based on need. In your free time, you can rest, reflect, hike, garden and connect with new friends in the stunning forest grounds of Whidbey Institute's retreat center, located in Clinton WA, as well as in the charming communities and towns nearby.
